Delete Your Account

This permanently deletes your account and everything attached to it. It cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your birth details and the natal chart calculated from them
Questions you asked, the answers you received, and your chat history
Reports you purchased
Your credit balance and its full movement history
Your friend connections
Your notification registration

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it separately from your Google Play or App Store account.

Did you use the app without signing up?

Without an account, you are recognised only by a key stored on your device — we hold no email or name that ties it to you. That is why we cannot verify you here. You can delete it from inside the app: Profile → Delete Account.
